Like most people, I take pride in what I do.
Considering how much time we spend at work, we deserve to enjoy the experience.
When we have a cohesive work environment we’re much more willing to go the extra mile.
Over the course of my career, I have witnessed policies and procedures be issued simply as a compliance measure without much care or relevant analysis. Workplace complaints and disputes are often dealt with by only treating the symptom, not the cause. Needless to say, these strategies often amount to little or no lasting positive change.
I’ve seen first-hand how important it is to negotiate contracts, enterprise agreements and approach disputes or complaints from a holistic perspective. This means the entire organization is considered in its policies and processes. This helps to maximize the potential of the business.
As a result of my experience, I’ve become acutely aware of how important it is to create workplace documents and resolve disputes in a tone that resonates with everyone.
The way we deal with difficult issues can affect the wellbeing of people, and subsequently the business.
It is my goal to see companies and their employees thrive in the face of challenge, change and uncertainty. I am also passionate about a workplace culture that is alive and positive.

‘ Over the years it has become clear to me that positive changes and results will not be enduring if not built on a conscious and self-aware foundation. I am passionate about working honestly and collaboratively with a business. I believe that it is important to look at every problem, issue or aim holistically to ensure the correct strategy is used. This allows for timely advice and transactions. This also ensures that the approach taken towards managing a dispute, solving a problem or creating a positive culture is right for your business and not just a stock standard response.’
Natascha brings a depth of experience from both blue collar and white collar industries. She has held roles in national workplace organisations, in private practice and as Legal Counsel of the Employment Relations/HR Team at Coles.
The Workplace Collective delivers services with wisdom. When meeting the brief, we always consider the wellbeing of your workplace and culture.
The Workplace Collective is motivated by the belief that every company can create a ‘Conscious Organisation’. One that’s both mindful and self-aware and encourages its employees to foster the same values.
The workplace is changing. Work is not a place you go to anymore; it’s a thing you do.
Changing technology and laws, the drive for flexible work arrangements, cultural values and expectations – these all put extra pressure on employers.
